e is for....energy/expensive

of which i have none. almost anything at the store that claims will give me energy i am all over. so the other day i was in the produce section. i was thinking this means i'm buying healthy things. in the produce section of most stores is a brand of "natural" drinks, smoothie-like but not frozen. the particular brand i will be referring to is "bolthouse". they have all kinds of juice drinks, enhanced with this vitamin or that. most of them are pretty good, and this particular day, i wasn't feeling really in a juice-mood, more creamy-milky perhaps, and i happened upon a drink called "hazelnut latte". for some reason i thought that the "latte" part was just an adjective telling me it was flavored sort of chocolaty or indicating creamy, like it was frothy or something. it also said that it was enhanced with protein. i thought i could remember someone telling me sometime in my life, and maybe this is wrong, that protein will give you energy. so i thought, "perfect!" coupled with a banana (which i've also been told gives energy, namely by my track coach in between races, one banana was all i was allowed) i had the perfect "natural" energy snack. and boy did i have energy! it was great. it wasn't until i had 3-5 of them and about a week later that my friend looked at the ingredients and asked me if i knew there was coffee in them!? duh. no i hadn't looked. she said she'd wondered what was in this to give me energy? she knew i had explained my theory on protein, but couldn't believe it or something. well she was right. that WASN'T all that was giving me energy! :{

e is also for expensive. i REALLY want to collect a total of 24 pieces of this nativity set. isnt it GREAT? i think i want to get one creche, one star back drop one "nativity set" (can't get more than one of those, two "marys" and two "baby jesuses" would start getting doctrinally conflicting) ;) two shepherd w/stable animal sets, one wiseman set (again w/the doctrinal conflicts) two oxen and goats plus one bright star angel
