so....
this is basically an update on our home buying. it turns out that lenders (banks specifically) have issues with the rent back process being too long. so we have to move back our closing date, to probably around june 1, (instead of may 1).
this isn't really any big problem to us as we aren't able to move in until august 1 anyway.
other than that, and that we are getting it inspected, (and they will be ASHE certified with at least 20 years experience) ;) everything seems to be moving smoothly along.
